1. About BAT.WEB

The Site is operated by sole proprietor Baturin Ivan Vasylyovych (Ukrainian: ФОП Батурін Іван Васильович), registered in Ukraine.

BAT.WEB is a trade name used to present web development services. It is not a separate legal entity, company, or registered trademark.

When these Terms say "we", "us", or "our", they refer to sole proprietor Baturin Ivan Vasylyovych operating under the BAT.WEB trade name.

The Site is an informational and inquiry website. Submitting the contact form does not by itself create a client relationship, contract, or obligation to provide services.

BAT.WEB does not represent that the BAT.WEB trade name, logo, or Site Content are registered trademarks, patents, or other formal intellectual property. Nothing on the Site should be read as a claim of registered or exclusive intellectual property ownership in the BAT.WEB name.

Third-party materials on or linked from the Site — including fonts, libraries, analytics tools, review widgets, social networks, and hosting providers — remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own terms.

The Site may link to or embed third-party services such as LinkedIn, Clutch, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SendGrid, or Railway. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

THE SITE AND ALL SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of the Site will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
