BAT.WEB is a trade name only. It is not a separate legal entity, company, or registered trademark.

When you submit our contact form, we share your name, email address, phone number (if provided), industry, and message with SendGrid (Twilio Inc.), our email delivery provider, so we can receive your inquiry at baturin.ivan9@gmail.com.

We do not maintain a separate contact form database on our website or servers. SendGrid processes this data on our behalf to deliver the message to baturin.ivan9@gmail.com and may retain limited transmission or delivery logs for a period described in SendGrid's policies. We do not use SendGrid to send unsolicited marketing emails without your consent.

Contact form submissions are not stored in a BAT.WEB database. They are delivered to baturin.ivan9@gmail.com via SendGrid. We keep copies in that mailbox for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and manage our business relationship. You may request deletion from our mailbox, and we will make reasonable efforts to comply.

SendGrid may retain limited email processing or delivery logs for a period defined in SendGrid's privacy policy. We do not fully control SendGrid's internal log retention, but we can help you submit a request where applicable.

Usage Data collected through analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) is generally retained for a shorter period, according to the settings and policies of those providers.
